Artificial intelligence (AI) is opening new doors in how we communicate health information - but what does that mean for health literacy?

While AI tools like ChatGPT are rapidly gaining attention, their role in health communication is still evolving. Can they really help busy health teams simplify complex information? Can they support clearer conversations with patients and communities without losing the message or providing mis-information?

At the NSW Health Statewide Health Literacy Hub, we’re already drawing from current research and exploring evidence-based solutions to some of health communication’s biggest questions - including the role of emerging technologies like AI. This seminar will explore how artificial intelligence is already being used to support clearer, more effective and accessible health communication and equitable access across the system.

Join us for our second online seminar this year!
